This ended up being way more expensive than it felt like it should’ve been. When we signed up, it sounded like there would be flexibility and that they’d work with us if our needs changed, but that really wasn’t what happened. Once we were in the contract, it felt like every adjustment meant paying more, or just being stuck waiting it out. Maybe it makes sense for a larger company with a bigger budget, but for us it was frustrating, stressful, and definitely didn’t live up to what we thought we were getting.

Getting everything set up was a headache. The integrations never really worked the way they were supposed to, and it kind of felt like there wasn’t a real person there to help when things got stuck.

A friend recommended giving it a try, so I went in hoping the campaigns would bring in better results. Unfortunately, the ROI was weak and it didn’t really feel worth the spend in my case

It was mostly easy to use, though I’m not totally sure I understood everything right away. A few parts kind of confused me, but overall it wasn’t too bad...

What made it worse was that I wasn’t clear on what I was supposed to do next or whether they were actually looking into it, so I just felt stuck.

I reached out to support hoping to get some help, but I never really got a proper response. It felt like nobody even read my message, which was frustrating. I was expecting at least some kind of follow-up, but nothing useful ever came back.
